Bradley-Mason LLP was established in 2004 by Julian Mason MRICS/MCIOB. Julian was previously Head of Building at GVA Grimley Leeds and moved on to become Partner and Head of Building for Leeds and Newcastle at King Sturge. His vision for the company was to provide a proactive hands on approach developing the full range of Building Consultancy and Project Management services on a national scale.
Our Senior Level team provide expert advice, with a focus on quick turn around and maximising value. With our head office in Harrogate, and satellite offices in London, Manchester, Bristol and Sheffield we are well placed to service national clients throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. Our key clients are national corporate companies including Dixons Retail PLC, TK Maxx, Toolstation, Thorntons, Lush, Nuffield Health with a spread across all sectors including Retail, Trade Counters, Leisure, Transport and Restaurants.
For many of our clients their core business is not property, however it is a significant liability and this is where Bradley-Mason can provide a vital resource. Having a thorough understanding of our clients business we work alongside their in-house team from Board room to the shop floor. We advise clients on the life cycle of their property interest in order to minimise initial liabilities, effectively manage occupation and avoid unnecessary exit costs.
